THE ANNIVERSARY

One year has passed with you being beside,
Time has passed leaving the memories behind,
What you have given me is priceless,
Happiness and the sorrows are countless,
But still we have been holding on each other,
Regardless of some lost feather,
All the moments are still afresh with same jitters,
Feelings have always been lovely never bitter,
We met and it was nothing other than destiny,
And the Devine always maintained the harmony,
Love can never be purer than this,
Feeling can never be saturated than this,
Our relation to us is like bliss,
I want to hold your hand till I breathe,
And keep you in my heart deep beneath,
Every day I have passed with you are special,
Moments without you were also very special,
Because they always made me feel how much I love you,
In a jiffy the whole year have just flew,
All those tears were the pillars,
All those smiles were the healers,
Road ahead is tough and the conditions are adverse,
But these tough times are the boon not the curse,
I am ready to give a test standing on edges of a knife,
Only to celebrate the coming anniversaries with you all my life….
